Cancellation & Appointment Policy
We kindly ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Appointments must be confirmed on the day of the scheduled service. Please note that any appointment not confirmed at least 2 hours before the scheduled time will be canceled. Failure to confirm may also result in the appointment being offered to another client.
Please note:
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may also be charged and could require a deposit to book future appointments.
We reserve the right to refuse service or require prepayment for repeated missed or last-minute canceled appointments.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.
